You also authorize HySafe and the KGS to share these photos and videos with the event\u2019s partners who may also broadcast them publicly for the same purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Registration inclusions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the conference and technical sessions, registration includes entry to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>opening ceremony<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>welcome reception<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gala dinner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>exhibition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lunches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>coffee breaks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional people may attend the gala dinner by purchasing an additional gala dinner ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Student requirements<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Only PhD students are eligible for student pricing.<br>All students are expected to present their Student ID card as proof of identity when picking up their registration kits at the registration desk.<br><strong>Please note that student registration does not include ticket for Gala Dinner.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other fees and expenses<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Accommodation, travel expenses and travel visas are not included in the registration fee and are the responsibility of the delegate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4
