Draft Agenda

Start of general OC/SC Meeting:
Presentation of local organising committee – key dates, venue, sponsors, registration. Discussion

Presentation of SC:
Results of the reviews .
Discussion and rejection decisions.

Presentation of TPG:
The tentative program.
Discussion and recommendation for changes (move papers, move tracks, need for posters, etc.).
TPG facilitates the discussion. Decisions will be taken by majority. All changes are recorded by TPG and, if possible directly introduced in the program.

First Draft Program

Selection of session chairs.
Selection of plenary and topical lectures.
Selection of webinars.
Selections communicated to TRG who will accommodate selections into the program, if required finalise the program to final draft after the meeting.
