Oral Presentation Preparation Guidelines
Oral presentations will take place over three days, from Tuesday, September 23rd to Thursday, September 25th, across four separate halls.
Each day, three sessions (ranging from 40 to 80 minutes in length) will be held in each hall.
Please read the following guidelines carefully:
- Each session will feature 4 to 5 paper presentations.
- Each presentation is allocated 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A.
(Each session room will be equipped with a computer projection system and a laser pointer.) - Please submit your presentation file (PDF ver/ will be displayed 16:9 ratio on the screen) via email to [communistar3@gmail.com] by Thursday Sep 10th .
- The file name must include your paper reference number. (If you are unsure of your reference number, please refer to the official program.)
Example: [ID-000] Towards a Safer Hydrogen Future - As a precaution, please bring a backup copy of your presentation file on a separate USB drive.
Poster Session Preparation Guidelines
Posters will be displayed throughout the two-day conference (September 23–24) at the Ruby Hall, Lotte Hotel World.
Please read the following instructions carefully:
- Poster boards will be constructed using octanorm panels. The dimensions of each board are 2,380 mm (height) × 950 mm (width).
- Posters must be prepared to fit within 2,000 mm (height) × 950 mm (width).
- The top 250 mm of each poster must include the paper ID, poster title, author name(s), and affiliation(s).
- Posters should preferably be printed on heavy paper or cardboard for stability and visual quality.
- Necessary materials for mounting posters will be provided on-site.
- Poster installation and removal are the sole responsibility of the presenters.
Poster Schedule and Installation Instructions:
- All Posters scheduled for display on the September 23rd and 24th exhibition must be fully installed by 9:00 a.m. on September 23rd in the Ruby Room.
However, due to expected congestion on the morning of September 23rd, we strongly recommend installing the poster after 6:00 p.m. on September 22nd, if possible. - All Posters must be removed after 6:00 p.m. on September 24th.
The Ruby Room will be accessible during the conference on September 23rd and 24th.
Poster sessions, with the authors present, are scheduled during the Coffee Break on September 23rd and September 24th from 3:00 pm to 3:20 pm.
All attendees will be able to view the posters throughout the day on September 23rd and September 24th.
