Photo and video statement
Registering to the conference you authorize the International Association HySafe (HySafe), the Korea Gas Corporation (KGS) and the event’s partners to take photos and videos during the ICHS 2025 conference activities on which you may appear, to reproduce them and to disseminate them on their websites, social media or any other printed or electronic communication medium of their choice, for promotional, informational or educational purposes. You also authorize HySafe and the KGS to share these photos and videos with the event’s partners who may also broadcast them publicly for the same purpose.
Registration inclusions
In addition to the conference and technical sessions, registration includes entry to:
- opening ceremony
- welcome reception
- gala dinner
- exhibition
- lunches
- coffee breaks.
Additional people may attend the gala dinner by purchasing an additional gala dinner ticket.
Student requirements
Only PhD students are eligible for student pricing.
All students are expected to present their Student ID card as proof of identity when picking up their registration kits at the registration desk.
Please note that student registration does not include ticket for Gala Dinner.
Other fees and expenses
Accommodation, travel expenses and travel visas are not included in the registration fee and are the responsibility of the delegate.
Cancellation and refund policy
Full refund is available until July, 31st .
